How long does it take to deliver an item? 

                
Delivery within Lagos takes about 1 to 3 working days, while outside Lagos takes between 5-7 working days.                                     
Do I need to have an account with Sterling Alternative Finance to shop and pay later? 

Your application would be reviewed and upon approval, you would be required to open an account.                                     
Why can’t I find the finance option for the product that I want? 
                   

All product that are eligible for financing must be above Twenty-thousand Naira (N20,000) 

                   

How does the Alternative Finance payment option work? 

                   

Alternative Finance payment option helps you buy what you need now and pay later. This allows you spread payment for what you need over 12 months and up to 24 months. 

                   

If I select the pay later option, can my item be delivered before I start paying? 

                   

Yes, you get your item delivered to you before you even begin to pay 

                   

What are the payment options available? 

                   

You can either pay in installments with Alternative finance or pay outright. 

                   

Mode of payment is either via Remita (offline application) or Tokenization (online application with the use of a debit card). In both cases, customer needs to open an Alternative Finance account. 

 

    

    

            
Debit is first passed from customers primary account via Remita or card details depending on the mode of application, and then credited into the Alternative Finance account before repayment for the month is complete.
                    

Can I change my shipping address on the site? 

                   

After confirming your order(s), delivery address cannot be changed. 

                   

How much is delivery? 

                   

Delivery fee is dependent on the weight, size of the item, and location. 

                   

Do you have a pickup outlet? 

                   

We do not have a pickup outlet, however, you can speak with our customer care team on 017000555. 

                   

What is the maximum amount of financing that I can get? 

                   

You can get financing up to two million naira (N2,000,000) for online application, and up to five million naira (N5,000,000) for offline application 

                   

Can I do an exchange in case of wrong sizing or measurement? 

                   

If you place an order requesting a size and the vendor delivers a different size, we will ensure that your product is exchanged. However, if the order was delivered correctly, we will not be able to do an exchange. We advise that you please go through the size guide carefully. 

                   

Can I track my orders online? 

                   

Yes, you can, using our delivery platforms of our delivery partners like DHL 

                   

Are all products on Altmall original and genuine? 

                   

Yes, they are. We only deal with verified vendors and products. 

                   

Are all products on Altmall new and unused? 

                   

Yes, all products on Altmall are new and unused. 

                   

Are the prices of items on Altmall negotiable? 

All prices are fixed.


Is there a warranty on items purchased on Altmall?


All items purchased from Altmall have warranty.

How do I register as a vendor? 

                       

Visit www.altmall.ng. Click on “sell with us” to register and create a store on altmall. 

                       

How do log in? 

                       

Select the “login ”tab on Altmall to access the platform after negotiation. 

                       

What happens if I am listing products for the first time? 

                       

All products listed will undergo review by our Quality and Control team. 

                       

How best do I describe items I am selling? 

                       

When describing your products, take into considerations keywords that your customer will use when searching for your products, let your product 

                       

description include product title and unique selling features

What are the best images to use? 

                       

Product images are best displayed on a white background. 

                       

How do I review my product listings? 

                       

Product listings are reviewed after 48Hours. Can I upload bulk products, or do I have to do it manually one by one?                    

You can do bulk upload of products on Altmall. If you are experiencing any issues, please reach out to us on vendor@almall.ng 

                   

Do I get a notification when a customer places an order for my item? 

                   

Yes, you will get a notification in your email once an order is confirmed. 

                   

How can I track my order/sales history? 

                   

To locate the Order/Sales History, login into your account and view the “My Account” page. 

                   

If I experience any issue using any of the seller services, who do I contact?

Why does Altmall need an invoice from my store? 

                   

A request for an invoice will only be relayed by an Altmall representative for an offline transaction. 

                   

How do I deliver my item that has been purchased on Altmall to the customer and who bears the cost of delivery? 

                   

We currently run a pick-up and delivery logistic system on orders.
